Refund Policy
Mattresses:
Customized mattresses are non-refundable and ineligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
All mattresses come with a 6-10 year warranty against manufacturing defects, depending on the brand.
Standard Sizes:
180 × 200 cm
200 × 200 cm
160 × 200 cm
150 × 200 cm
Beds:
Covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
If a defect is found, we will inspect, repair, or replace the item at no extra cost.
Issues resulting from misuse, neglect, or customer-caused damage are not covered under the warranty.
Sofas:
Covered by a 2-year limited warranty.
Manufacturing defects will be assessed, and if confirmed, we will manage collection and repairs.
Customer-caused damage is excluded from the warranty.
Wooden Furniture:
All wooden furniture comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Bedding & Accessories:
Due to hygiene reasons, bedding items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Return Conditions:
Products must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.
Refund Terms:
The refund process may take 15-25 business days.
VAT (Value Added Tax) and merchant charges will be deducted as per the company policy.
Payment Terms:
Full payment is required before manufacturing or delivery can begin.
Postponement Charges:
If delivery is postponed beyond the agreed date, additional charges may apply, as determined by the company.
Non-Refundable Orders:
Custom-made and non-standard orders are non-refundable under any circumstances.

All sales are final except where noted above (e.g., mattress trial, warranty coverage).
Customers are strongly encouraged to review all product details, measurements, colors, and specifications carefully before making a purchase.
Warranty claims are handled on a case-by-case basis, and the final decision lies with Malaysian Home Furniture LLC management.
We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from product use.
